Stress can present itself in a myriad of ways; excessive behaviours such as eating, spending, smoking, drinking…anything that alleviates the stress for a few small moments (only to create further stress later down the line), typical reactions can be being more aggressive, snapping at loved ones, being intolerant of minor mistakes right through to road rage.
